Two sets, one tight radius one wide, both spinning around the same fixed center but never touching, never syncing. The tight arc spins fast, thin stroke, restless. The wide arc spins slow, thicker stroke, almost still — but it never fully stops. They cross paths at the same point every rotation and always miss each other by a hair. No resolution, no collision, just the same near-miss on loop. Ground is near-black.
