Right, so — WHAT?
Yeah, no, I know, can barely hear myself — I said this isn't about blame, before you even sit down, because the second we start pointing fingers we're just gonna be here till closing arguing about whose fault the merch table was.
The t-shirts, though, that's — actually that's a decent place to start, because whatever happened with the shirts is basically a smaller version of the same thing, right? Someone printed four hundred of the wrong logo, bootleg-looking things, and nobody caught it till they were on the table, and that's not a person problem, that's a — that's a checkpoint that didn't exist. Same with the main thing. I keep coming back to that. There wasn't a step where somebody was supposed to look at it before it went out the door, and there should've been, and there wasn't, and that's — that's the finding, I think. Not who. Just that the step was missing.
