I've been sitting here staring at the carpet in this place and it's not "cheap," it's "inexpensive." Everyone uses those two words like they're the same thing and they're not. Cheap is a judgment about quality — flimsy, bad. Inexpensive is a judgment about price. This carpet is both, fine, but the words aren't doing the same job.
You could have an inexpensive carpet that's well made. You could have an expensive carpet that's cheap. Nobody sits with that for two seconds before collapsing them together.
