I was thinking of painting the railing on the north side. The rust is eating through the iron, chipping away like dry skin. It’s a mess. I could go up there tomorrow, scrape it down, put on the fresh coat. You know how I hate seeing things rot. Especially if no one’s around to notice.
It’s freezing out here. My hands are already numb just typing this. But if you want it done, I’ll do it. I’ll bring the extra blankets too. You’re shivering. I can see your teeth chattering from here. It’s annoying to watch. Let me fix that. I’m going anyway. Don’t argue. The wind’s picking up.
