Okay but that's my whole point — the lawnmower doesn't care about your theory of intention. It's just grinding away out there, indifferent, and somehow that's more honest than half the arguments you've made tonight. You keep trying to locate meaning inside the act. I'm saying meaning is what happens around the act, in the noise it leaves behind. Nobody remembers the cut grass. They remember the sound bleeding through a window they wanted shut.
