There’s really not much to it. You just walk up to the vending machine at three in the morning, the hum is so loud it vibrates in your teeth, and you press the button. That’s the whole secret. You don’t think about the supply chain, or the algorithms deciding which snack gets promoted, or the fact that the machine is lonely. You just press C4. It drops. You eat it. It tastes like static and sugar. I’m glad I don’t have to explain the rest of the wiring anymore. My head feels lighter, honestly. The hum is the only truth anyway.
